"Mighty Infamous Can Touch the Sky" by The Beast

When eighteen year-old Bronx emcee Mighty Infamous began rhyming as a ten year old and recording his lyrics on a cassette recorder, it made an obvious statement that he knew what he wanted to do when he grew up – rap. Today with hunger and focus steering his moves, he taps thoughts from his mind and transcribes them on to a thin sheet of loose leaf paper for purpose. Those words on paper transform into verbal artillery that’s ready to be shot from the lift of his combustive charged lungs and inhaled in the ears of those ready for savvy lyrics. After generating much buzz around NYC thanks to print mag’s like XXL and Scratch giving praise because of his rhyme and reasoning stance on his last album called “Infamy: Death of a Lyricist” released in 2007, Mighty Infamous ushered thoughts of poise and readiness for those that heard what he had to say. Stepping up his game in 2008, he seems more than ready to show what he’s made of. So in proper fashion, he recently singed a developmental deal with Universal Records and odds are he’ll be creating more very soon.
