It looks like Usher is back: YEAH!

Posted at

The last time I heard about Usher was in November 22, 2006 where he was working in the Gulf Coast with Armani Exchange to help aid the victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita- together Usher and Armani Exchange designed the "Love for Life" dog chain. However since November, I haven't heard a thing from Usher until now.

Fortunately I have great news. The ladies man is back and it looks like its going to be full throttle like a couple of years back when he had hits like "Yeah", "Let It Burn", "My Boo", and oh so many more. I must admit I was getting sick of usher and his 100 songs he came out with like every other week. But it's been like two or three years since we heard from the man and I don't know about the rest of you R&B and Hip-Hop loving fans, but quite frankly I've missed the man. So when I heard him on the radio singing along Omarion in the Icebox remix I was shocked.

However, for a second I thought this was just a tease and he?s going to hibernate again for another two years and then appear in a movie or something, but boy was I was wrong because like good old Usher he came out with the "Same Girl" feat. R. Kelly like the week after. The song has had a frequent amount of air play on the radio airwaves and its on R.Kelly's new album Double UP. Hence, it looks like Usher is here to stay for a while and according to Usher's website USHERWORLD.COM, it states that Usher is planning to tour again in 2007. However, the website did not mention anything about a new album; I sure do hope it's in the works. Though in the meantime, I wonder will Usher be able to compete with artists like Ne-Yo, T-Pain etc. What do you think? Hit me up!
