50 Cent - "Fully Loaded Clip" (Audio)

Posted at

Exclusive Audio
Hey, I'm definitely on some next shit right now and I ain't playin'. Quite naturally, when I heard this new 50 track called "Fully Loaded Clip", it really put me in the mindstate to stay hard and keep focused on the task at hand, and that's to bring you all that dope shit, whether it be thru interviews, great inside news, or music. Big Destro and the squad's gonna make that happen. On another note, i just want to say "thank you" to all those empty talkers, haters, and bull-shitters that I have conversed with over the last year in a half since creating the HHR movement that claimed they were about the cause. You "Fugazis" are making it better for the real movers and shakers, that's us, to succeed and strive to be original. In my travels, I've learned that about 90% of cats that say they are about the game are full of shit...if you get offended by what I have to say...that probably means you're apart of that ratio. Word to the wise, if you gonna do something and make things happen, don't just politic and babble about what you're gonna do...do it...otherwise shut the fuck up and stay on the porch....cuz life's too short...

The Queen Princess 'Chop's It Up' with Sean Kingston

Posted at

We set trends here at HHR and we get the inside interviews with artists that other competitors can't get. Whoa!! Hey our newest writer, Queen Princess, had a chance to sit down with newcomer, Sean Kingston on 4/25/07. He's from Kingston, Jamaica but has been residing in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida since the age of six. His musical influences range from Ice Cube & Slick Rick all the way to Dancehall greats such as Buju Banton and Dennis Brown. His style can be explained as a "triple threat of talent of rapping, reggae chatting and soulful harmonization" as written on his myspace page. Hey, he's gonna drop a new album sometime this year, but before that happens, get to know what's going on with him know, in the QP's interview....

Queen Princess: How are you, been busy today?

Sean Kingston: I wouldn’t call it busy. I mean, I like talking to people and letting them know what’s going on, so I’m having fun.

Queen Princess: So, the majority of your fans know that fame runs in your family. Did you get involved with music because you felt it was up to you to keep it in the family, or was it more your individual passion?

Sean Kingston: It was more of my individual passion, Buju Banton and Jack Ruby, I mean those two guys are big in my family, but music is what I wanted going to do. Music is me. You know what I’m saying? People choose what they want to do and music is me. Music is a good way to express a lot; I like to express my thoughts. It’s just fun. Music is me so basically it’s just my envision of what I wanted to do as an individual in my family.

Queen Princess: Now you’re a multi-talented artist, you sing, rap and do the reggae thing. Your talents are one in the same because you’re great at both, but do you find it challenging to rap and sing on the album. Is it hard deciding what you want to do?

Sean Kingston: Not really, like I’m trying to do everything. It’s crazy, because I started off singing before rapping. Once I crossed over to rapping I was like I have to keep doing rapping, then by both of my parents being Jamaican and me having a Jamaican Background and me coming from Jamaica also, you know I had to do the Jamaican thing. People reacted crazy over that and when you mix singing, reggae and rapping together, then you got Sean Kingston. I’m trying to do everything. Rapping I can do, it’s not a problem and I’m a big fan of hip-hop in general, but I don’t think America needs or wants another young rapper. I mean you got artists like Lil’ Mama, Bow Wow, Jibbs and Romeo, which I’m not knocking what they’re doing, they’re all talented and I like them, but you know I just want to ride in my own lane and by doing that, you have to be a little different. All the dudes that made it big were different.

Queen Princess: How did you get started in music industry and who discovered you?

Sean Kingston: I’ve been rapping since I was eight, but I really took off when I met J.R. of course on MySpace. It’s a good look, you know, once I met him on MySpace, he bought me around to all these labels because we did a lot of songs together. It was a bidding war that was going on, but at the time I just felt like Epic was a home, like the people at Epic are very cool. They see the vision, so that’s all it’s about.

Queen Princess: That’s what’s up. Now I’ve listened to your music, and listening to your tracks, it’s not obvious that you’re 17 years old. Do you sometimes feel that people underestimate you because of your age?

Sean Kingston: Uhhh, no I don’t, but I feel like it’s going to come to that point, which is crazy, and I don’t like that at all. I’m not just any teenage rapper, I make music for everybody, the older crowd, the younger crowd you know everybody, and I’m trying to get love and respect from everybody.

Queen Princess: You’re the first artists to be signed to Beluga Heights which is a major accomplishment; do you feel pressured to be the absolute best?

Sean Kingston: Uhh yeah (Laughs), I mean I’m first up, and I’m just here to hit a home run.

Queen Princess: Because of your artistic ability: rapping singing and all of that, it’s not easy to compare you to a lot of artists, but if you could be compared to any artist who would it be and why?

Sean Kingston: I’m very, very different, but if I were to be compared to an artist I would say Akon, you know just because of how he is, he’s trying to rep Africa. He reps Africa to the fullest and that’s how I feel about putting Jamaica on the map. Sean Paul is doing it, but I mean Jamaica, I want to put it on the map. I want to have a lot more of these dudes respecting Jamaica and seeing more talent and a lot of other stuff coming out of Jamaica, making it pop.

Queen Princess: Where from your Jamaican background do you draw inspiration? What part of the culture or artists do you get creative ideas from?

Sean Kingston: Man, A lot of them like Jah Cure, Buju Banton a lot of dudes from down there, Umm, Morgan Heritage, it’s crazy.

Queen Princess: Alright, what about on the hip-hop side?
Lauryn Hill.

Queen Princess: That’s cool. One of your songs on the album titled Colors gives listeners an idea of your background and where you come from. You talk about the Jamaican flag and everything; can you elaborate and explain the meaning behind that track?

Sean Kingston: Yeah, no problem, basically Colors is a lifestyle record. The whole thing behind Colors is just yo, what color do you bleed? J.R. played the beat for me, I was feeling the beat and I came up with the hook, he loved the hook and we got Game on it cause Game is from LA. We got Rick Ross, because Rick Ross is from Miami and it’s been a good look.

Queen Princess: How did you and your producer know who the perfect feature artists would be for the collaboration?

Sean Kingston: You know Game is from LA and Colors 2007 goes along with the whole Ice-T thing and I thought it would have been gravy if we got him. Rick Ross is hot, he’s also from Miami and he’s a humble cool dude, I met him a couple times. I told him (producer J.R. Rotem) to get Ross on there, Rick shut it off, and he hooked us up and blessed us with a nice verse.

Queen Princess: Who are some of the artists in the game that you look up to?

Sean Kingston: Umm, Jay-Z I’d say. You know, I’ve been a fan of Jay-Z, I’m not just hopping on the bandwagon, since Reasonable Doubt I’ve been a fan of Jay-Z. He’s good at what he does man, he has a good business line, he’s an entrepreneur, you know he’s a hustler. He goes out to get what he wants and I like that, that’s cool.

Queen Princess: What do you hope achieve with the release of your album?

Sean Kingston: To go platinum, (both laugh) sell a lot of records and get a lot of fans.

Queen Princess: I feel you, so what kind of artist do you want your fans to perceive you as?

Sean Kingston: An international artist. A dude who does everything and makes good music. Feel good music.

Queen Princess: What would you like people to know about you that they wouldn’t gather from listening to your music, like what’s the first thing you want them to think after hearing what you have to say?

Sean Kingston: Just Wow. I want to motivate them to do what they want to do.

Queen Princess: Is there anything that you want your fans to know about you that they wouldn’t know just by listening to your music?

Sean Kingston: Yeah, I want people to think, “Yo, I can do it too.” I want to put them in that predicament and motivate young kids out there who have talent and who are struggling to get where they’re going.

Queen Princess: When can we expect the release of your album?

Sean Kingston: Sometime fourth quarter.

Queen Princess: Is it still untitled as of yet?

Sean Kingston: No, we have a title now, it’s called Musical Youth.

Queen Princess: Well as far as I’ve heard everything is fire, real talk. I saw the joint on YouTube with you and JR in the studio. It was really brief, but it was hot. I’m definitely looking forward to the release and I wish you the best of luck in everything. I want to thank you for doing this interview.

Sean Kingston: No problem. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it. It was a pleasure doing the interview with you.

Queen Princess: You too, take it easy.

Sean Kingston: Aight. Bless you.

Introducing Sophia Rosado our newest "Eye-Candy"

Posted at

Hey, awhile ago HHR put a publication out for all female models that wanted to get exposure on the site to submit their best shots to us. Well, recently we received some new talent and her name is Sophia Rosado, whose reppin' New York City playas. She is in the process of aspiring to become the next sensation to come from the town. Much attention is given to the boroughs Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan when it comes to entertainment but she is here to let the world know that the Bronx is in it as well.

More than representing her borough, Sophia has entered the modeling industry to represent all women who have more to offer to this industry than looks and those who will not allow themselves to be used. She possesses a strong will and refuses to let her determination and persistence to gain exposure and notarity be wasted while her career lands in the hands of others.

Sophia's field of choice attracts many people who want to see her fail but this is only a driving force to success. Ultimately, she is doing this for herself because this is what she wants to do and knows that she can do. So far she has done a few fashion shows and several music videos such as Magic Juan and Doug E. Fresh's todo eso y tuyo "que culo" and Maino featuring Nore, Razah, Jae Millz, B.G. and Uncle Murda's "My life is a movie" remix . This is only the beginning for her and she is off to an excellent start.

Ms. Rosado enjoys listening to music and dancing thus keeping her in touch with the music industry. Hopefully, this will help her land more roles in music videos and continued appearances at industry events such as the release parties for both Pharrell and Chris Brown which she landed already. She is an inspiration to both young and old to set goals for themselves and work at it. Especially when it is something that will benefit and inspire others.

If you want to see more of Sophia and also find out more about what's going on in her world, check her out at her myspace page or if you'd like to contact her directly, hit this link...in the meantime here's a little something for you fellas to go away with...
